Personal training is in-person, one-on-one coaching at our Thane location. Online coaching delivers the same programming, check-ins and adjustments remotely — built for clients who travel or prefer to train independently.

Yes. Nutrition Coaching is one of our five core services — practical, sustainable guidance built around real food and your real schedule, not a restrictive crash diet.

Our flagship is in Thane, Maharashtra. Online Coaching is available anywhere, and we're building toward additional locations as the league grows.
